By completing this NDA, you affirm and attest:
- MZMA and/or its partners may, through the normal course of work, disclose privileged, non-public information;
- This information and its improper dissemination may have the potential to create serious business, marketplace, social, or political upheaval;
- Absolutely nothing that I or my team discuss may be recorded, shared, or transmitted outside of our meetings unless explicitly approved;
- If you have a business reason to disseminate a piece of privileged information, always seek written approval from the relevant entity.
- If you’re unsure if a detail is subject to this NDA, always assume that it is.
